Purpose

The purpose of the data processing corresponds to each of the treatment activities performed by Vilateral and which will be accessible in the register of treatment activities.

Legitimation

The legal basis for the processing of the data is the legitimation by the consent of the users.

Conservation of data

The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they are collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from the purpose, in addition to the periods established in the regulations on archives and documentation.

Communication of data

In general, personal data will not be communicated to third parties, except by legal obligation.

You can consult the recipients for each of the treatment activities carried out by Vilateral in the register of treatment activities.

Rights of users with their personal data.

The user has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Vilateral processes personal data concerning him, as well as access to his personal data, request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data already are not required for the purposes that were collected. In certain circumstances, the User may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case they will only be kept for the exercise or defense of claims. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to his particular situation, the User may object to the processing of his data. Vilateral will cease to process the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims. The User may raise the questions he considers in relation to this Policy, as well as exercise his rights in the legally provided terms and for this purpose, he shall direct a communication by postal mail to: Vilateral, located at Rambla de Cataluña, 92, 08008 Barcelona or at email: pgolferichs@vilateral.cat with indication of the corresponding application and accompanied by a copy of the DNI or document proving the identity.

Image rights

When exercising one of these rights over photographs or images taken by cameras, the following must be taken into account:

It is necessary to add the photograph of the person exercising the law and specify the place, the date and the approximate time interval in strips not exceeding two hours.
To clarify any doubts it is recommended to indicate a telephone or email address.
In some cases, it may be materially impossible to satisfy your right of access. For example, cameras that view images but do not record them, images that are already deleted or flat where physical identification is not possible.
